Indoor farmhouse dining seats 8, with additional outdoor dining for 12. Enjoy the hot tub and BBQ grill for outdoor gatherings, and relax by the firepit. Garage parking is available, along with additional driveway space. RV hookups are available for an additional fee. Pets are welcome with an additional fee per pet, subject to approval of quantity and breed. Escape to nearly 3 private acres surrounded by towering Piñon Pines, just minutes from mountain adventures and scenic attractions. Downtown Flagstaff is 7 miles away, and the Flagstaff Pulliam Airport is 13 miles away. Nearby recreation includes San Francisco Peaks & Humphreys Peak (18 miles), Arizona Snowbowl (20 miles), Walnut Canyon National Monument (10 miles), and Lowell Observatory (9 miles). Golf courses are also within a short drive. The fireplace is not available for guest use. Please be mindful of the septic system and avoid flushing grease, food, or non-toilet paper items. This is a quiet residential area, so please keep noise at respectful levels. The primary booking guest must be 25 years of age and physically staying at the property. There is an additional fee of $20/night/person over 8 guests for additional cleaning and associated costs.
