The adjoining dining area and bar seating make it a great gathering spot for meals or mai tais. The living room features a massive sectional, a premium sound system, and a smart TV with streaming capabilities. The master suite boasts a luxurious king bed and an attached spa-like bathroom with a walk-in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, and Bedroom 4 has a bunk bed (twin + full). The main floor also includes a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and the bottom floor has a full bathroom with a shower. The spacious backyard is ideal for yard games, relaxing with friends, or letting the keiki (kids) run wild. A separate basement apartment is available, which may be occupied by other guests. A separate shop/storage area on the far side of the property is occasionally used by the owner and will not impact guest privacy. Approved pets incur a pet fee, and ADA-recognized Service Animals stay for free. Guests must clean up after their pet, with a $25 fee per instance of uncollected waste outdoors. Guests are responsible for professional cleaning costs for indoor "accidents" and the full cost of any property damage caused by pets. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and a fee. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged $50 per hour.
