Welcome to Casa da Vida, a spacious, pet-friendly retreat designed for year-round comfort, connection, and unforgettable gatherings, just minutes from the heart of Bryan-College Station. Feel at home in this property with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and two separate living areas. Casa da Vida is thoughtfully curated for families, friend groups, game-day weekends, and extended stays alike. The fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a Keurig (drip + pod) and pour-over set-up, a Ninja dual-basket air fryer, a blender, toaster, microwave, pots, pans, bakeware, and serving dishes. Dining spaces include a table seating for 8, an expandable buffet/sideboard for serving, an eat-up bar for 2, and additional stadium-style seating for 3 behind the couch in the second living area. The backyard is fully fenced and shaded, featuring a heated plunge pool with a sun shelf and bubblers, 4 loungers, pool towels, a covered bar with 4 stools, a rolling dining table with 6 stools, a picnic table for 8, a fire pit with 4 chairs, café string lights, cornhole, ladder ball, and giant checkers. The pool may be heated by request only for an additional fee. Wood for the fire pit is available for $25. Concierge services are available, including charcuterie boards, a private chef, and grocery delivery. Enjoy being close to everything without being in the chaos. The pool is not fenced and may not be suitable for small children. Exterior cameras monitor the garage, gate, front entrance, and backyard for safety. There are no interior cameras, and the cameras are not to be tampered with or covered. Events are only allowed if approved, a contract is signed, and a minimum $250 fee is assessed on top of the booking amount. An additional deposit of $500 will be required, paid directly to the owner. Guests will be required to clean any trash and return the property to the condition it was delivered; a $150 fee will be assessed if excess trash is left. Any pet urine stains found from any animal will result in a $250 fee being assessed plus the cost of any damages. Any additional damage done to the house by any animal will be charged full replacement cost and paid 100% by the guest. Any holes dug by dogs must be filled in or repaired prior to check out or a $150 will be assessed. If the spa requires draining and refilling due to improper use or excessive contamination during your stay, a maintenance fee of $800 will be charged.
