Private parking is available for guests. Situated in a central location, this property offers easy access to public transportation, making it convenient to explore all that St. Louis has to offer. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Guests will receive check-in instructions one hour prior to arrival. Smoking is strictly prohibited, with deodorizing fees starting at $500 for violations. Noise complaints result in immediate police contact, and any parties or events will lead to a loss of the security deposit. The Nest thermostats are locked within specific temperature ranges.
