This charming cottage offers multiple outdoor seating areas and a spacious front porch, perfect for enjoying nature's serenity. The living room features a queen sleeper-sofa, a large TV, and extra seating. The dining room offers seating for six with views of the kitchen and living room. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, gas cooktop, oven, microwave, and a bistro table with two chairs overlooking the backyard. The main level has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and ample closet space. One of the main level bedrooms also provides access to the patio and backyard. The basement level features four twin beds and ample space for blow-up mattresses. Please note that the steps to the basement are steep. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request and a pet-friendly policy is in effect with a non-refundable pet fee. Guests are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste from the yard and evidence of pet hair on furniture or in the home. Nestled in a quiet, rural area of Mobile, just off Dog River, this home is conveniently located less than 10 minutes from local favorites like McNally Park, The River Shack, and Grand Mariner. A public boat ramp is only 5 minutes away, and Downtown Mobile is just 15 minutes away. This is an older home with the quirks that come with it. During torrential rainstorms, water may sometimes enter the basement. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM. Smoking is prohibited in and around the home, with a $500 charge for any signs of smoking or cigarette butts found outside. Parties and events are prohibited unless pre-approved. Guests are responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings. An excessive amount of trash left at the property will incur a $100 charge for third-party trash removal. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book and agree to a signed rental agreement. Guests waive any and all claims of liability against the homeowner or any affiliated property management entity relating to the use of amenities. Includes Wi-Fi.
