Feel at home while enjoying nature’s serenity, just 15 minutes from Downtown Mobile. For water enthusiasts, a public boat ramp is conveniently located only 5 minutes away. Enter through the front door on the porch and be greeted by a welcoming living room with a queen sleeper-sofa, large TV, and a cozy corner with extra chairs. The dining room, with seating for six, offers views of both the kitchen and living room. The spacious kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, gas cooktop, oven, microwave, and a bistro table with two chairs overlooking the backyard. Two bedrooms on the main level each feature a queen bed, with the second bedroom providing access to the patio and backyard. Downstairs, you'll find four twin beds and ample space for blow-up mattresses. The backyard boasts multiple outdoor spaces, including a private patio off the second bedroom and a larger patio area off the basement. This pet-friendly home welcomes your furry friends with a non-refundable pet fee. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Nestled in a quiet, rural area of Mobile, just off Dog River, this home is less than 10 minutes from local favorites like McNally Park, The River Shack, and Grand Mariner. It's the perfect spot for a peaceful yet convenient stay. While Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, driving is encouraged for ease of access. The private dock is currently unavailable for guest use due to maintenance. The steps to the basement are steep, and bells are provided on the door for safety. As the house is on the river, water may enter the basement during torrential rainstorms. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur a $500 damage charge. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM, and violations may result in cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Pets must be crated when left unattended, and any evidence of pets on furniture or excess hair will result in additional cleaning charges. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this property.
