There is an attached 2-car garage available for guest use, along with a concrete driveway that can fit an additional 3 cars or free on-street parking. An EV charger is provided for your convenience, though Tesla users will need their own adapter. The pool can be heated for a per day fee, applicable for each night of your stay. Pets are welcome with a maximum of two dogs allowed. Undisclosed pets will result in a fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed to protect guests with allergies. This home is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood in Parma. Noise should be kept to a minimum between 9 pm and 9 am. Decibel readers are installed outside to monitor noise levels, and excessive noise between 10 pm and 8 am may result in a fine. No indoor smoking is allowed, though smoking outside is permitted.
