The 3.5 fully stocked bathrooms include 2 walk-in showers, 2 bathtubs, shampoo, body wash, a hairdryer, and fresh towels. Enjoy the gated backyard with a pool, hot tub, and grill. An in-unit washer, dryer, and detergent are available. Secured garage and driveway parking are available for 5 cars or more. Pets are welcome. Located in a wealthy neighborhood in El Cajon, this home offers a peaceful environment. Please keep noise to a low level at all times, and after 9 PM, all activities must move indoors with windows and doors closed to avoid disturbing neighbors. Excessive noise may lead to neighbor complaints or visits from local authorities, and a $1,000 violation fee may apply. Unauthorized late check-outs may be charged twice the nightly rate due to cleaning and scheduling disruptions. Only guests and pets counted on the reservation are allowed on the property, and each unauthorized guest or pet may incur a $100 per person/pet per day/night fee. Visitors are welcome with advance notice, subject to approval, and counted as half a guest toward the guest count. No food is allowed in the bedrooms.
