This home is just three houses away from Intercoastal Waterway access. This tropical beach house is stocked with everything you need for both indoor and outdoor relaxation. The backyard features a six-person hot tub, tiki bar, grill, outdoor shower, large outdoor seating set with a firepit, fruit trees (mangoes, limes, coconuts), additional outdoor seating areas, and outdoor games such as Cornhole and Jenga. This property is pet-friendly, with a maximum of two pets allowed for a fee of $100 per pet. The neighborhood offers incredible access to a park just three houses away, where you can launch a kayak or relax on the small beach along the Intercoastal Waterway. The property is also located near kid-friendly and dog-friendly parks, and is just a five-minute drive from Peanut Island and eight minutes from Palm Beach Island, Worth Ave, Downtown West Palm Beach, Clematis, and Rosemary Square. The minimum rental age is 25. Please avoid wearing shoes in the house. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am. Quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 9am.
