Bar stools for 2. The dining room sits 6 comfortably. Off-street parking for 2 cars and an additional space in the shared garage. This home blends modern comfort with small-town charm, making it the perfect base for relaxing at home or exploring the natural beauty and attractions nearby. Keep noise to a minimum when outside. Decibel readers are used to monitor levels. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Excessive noise may result in a fine due to past neighbor complaints. No smoking inside the house with a fine for violation. Smoking outside is allowed. Underage drinking, drug use, parties, large gatherings, and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited.
