There is a small unit to the left of the home where a very nice family couple is rented. They have a separate entrance and living space and most likely won't come into contact during your stay. The house rules include no parties or events with a zero-tolerance policy, no outside visitors, only registered guests may enter the property, no loud music with quiet time at 10 pm, and no smoking inside the home. A pet fee of $100 applies. Schools nearby include Coconut Palm K-8, Redland Middle, and Homestead High School, ideal for longer stays or traveling families with children.
