A dedicated work desk in the kitchen area makes it convenient for those who need to work remotely. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed and blackout blinds, and the bathroom features a convenient shower/tub combination. Included amenities feature an in-suite washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, a generous cable TV package, and secure underground parking. The building also boasts a rooftop BBQ area for your enjoyment. Parking for one vehicle is included in the rent in the building's secure underground garage. The parking garage clearance is 7 feet (2.13 m) and the maximum length is 18 feet. If you have a large vehicle, please ensure that your vehicle will fit the garage height restriction. Bicycle storage can be arranged upon request. The central location of Escher Escape ensures that you are just moments away from the downtown core, providing easy access to Victoria's diverse array of shops, theaters, museums, and dining options for your pleasure. Check-in is between 4pm and 8pm P.S.T. and check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Guests are kindly asked to put the towels in the washer and turn it on, to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator, and to dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit upon check-out. All properties are non-smoking, with fines enforced at $250 for each instance. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Minimum age to rent is 25 and minimum 30-day stays are permitted under the new Provincial short-term rental legislation. Pets are not permitted. Includes a dedicated work desk in the kitchen area, making it convenient for those who need to work remotely.
