The master bedroom offers a queen bed. Step out on the balcony and listen to the waves crashing while you enjoy your morning coffee. This unit is fully renovated and is a spacious and comfortable retreat ideal for a family getaway. The living space comes with a great dining table perfect for morning breakfast or a cozy family dinner. The condo is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and all dishes and silverware. Every bedroom has large windows letting in plenty of light. Parking passes for a maximum of 2 cars are available. Access to 11 laundry rooms is provided, with one on each floor of buildings 1, 2, and 3, and 2 on the first floor of building 4. Laundry facilities are paid. So much to do on the grounds of the Gulf Shores Plantation and your unit is close to the Sassy Bass Restaurant and should never disappoint! Soft white sands and warm Gulf waves are steps away. Fresh food from the Sassy Bass Grill is nearby. Hop in the car, and Gulf Shores' shopping and dining are a 15-mile drive away. Nine miles westward are Fort Morgan's beaches and boardwalks, and you have access to Dauphin Island via the Mobile Bay Ferry. The condo is a smoke-free facility and the resort does not permit pets, except for service animals. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit or linens. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. Any violation of the no-pets policy will incur a $200 fine. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. You must be at least 22 years old to rent this property. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests, and renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking. There are security cameras installed outside for your safety and protection, but surveillance cameras are not inside any of the properties. Beach towels are not provided. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
