Free parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. Dogs are welcome with a maximum of 2 pets per reservation, each weighing up to 35lb, with a pet fee of $75 per pet. Enjoy easy beach access just minutes away and explore local attractions like Johnson Beach, Perdido Key State Park, and Lost Key Golf Club. The condominium association has a strict no-smoking policy in the unit and on the balcony, with a $1000 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed, as emotional support animals are not covered by ADA. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, with a $200 fine for violations. No parties or events are allowed, with fines ranging from $200 to $500 for violations. The minimum age requirement for check-in is 22 years, and from March 1st to May 1st, it is 25 years. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required. Beach towels are not provided.
