This apartment does not have air conditioning. There is a Ring Doorbell Camera at the front door for your safety. Occupants exceeding the number declared on the reservation will not be permitted to stay past 10 pm, and no more than three guests above the stated number of occupants in your reservation are allowed on the premises at any time. Guests are not allowed to use outdoor areas after 9 pm. Only small speakers playing at low volume are allowed outside, and noise complaints constitute a violation. There is no smoking of any kind (tobacco, marijuana, hookah) on the property, and the fine is $500. Remove excess trash and wash dishes before checkout, as you will be fined for excessive trash or dishes. Furniture must be moved back before departure.
