It is conveniently located just ten minutes from the University of Arkansas and Centennial Park, and six miles from Downtown Fayetteville. The home includes four bedrooms: two king-size rooms, one room with a separate queen and twin bed, and one room with two full beds, comfortably sleeping ten guests. The newly decorated interior features a BBQ grill outside, a fully stocked kitchen with a Smart refrigerator, a working gas fireplace, numerous board games, and an air hockey table. The fenced-in yard includes a furnished outdoor living space and a swing set, perfect for enjoying the great outdoors.
