The pool is heated and open 24/7, and you can enjoy free use of kayaks and bikes, although a waiver is required before use. A resort fee covers pool access, Wi-Fi, toiletries, and more. Located in a quiet residential community, this home is just a 5-10 minute walk from the Don CeSar and its beach area, with tennis courts and a playground in between. Restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, cafes, and the beach are all within walking distance. Free off-road parking is available if you wish to bring your car for exploring the area. The pool is cleaned weekly via gated access, and pest control is routine, though occasional sightings may occur due to the Florida climate. Check-in is at 4:00 PM EST and checkout is at 11:00 AM EST.
