Guests can rent beach chairs, beach umbrellas, bicycles, and kayaks. Grocery delivery and in-home chef services can also be arranged, as well as a qualified babysitter. This home has a Sports Membership which gives you access to the 2 community pools at the Beach Club, dining, tennis, and the champion Pete Dye golf course. A temporary club membership can be arranged for $200 a day. Car passes are $20 per car, with a maximum of 6 cars allowed. Located in the private, gated oceanfront community of DeBordieu Colony near Pawleys Island, South Carolina, this home provides access to the creek and North Inlet. DeBordieu Colony offers miles of beach and tidal creeks, an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths, and a delightful year-round climate. Charleston is an hour away and Myrtle Beach is 45 minutes away. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian to book this property. No pets are allowed. Smoking is prohibited on the premises. The speed limit is 25 miles per hour, and no street parking is allowed from 11 PM to 7 AM. If a pet is discovered on the property, the rental will be terminated immediately, no refund will be given, and there will be a minimum charge of $500 for carpet cleaning and flea control. A $500 fee will be charged for violations of the no-smoking policy.
