Feel at home in this luxurious downtown Toronto apartment, located just steps away from Union Station, the CN Tower, Rogers Centre, Air Canada Centre, and Harbourfront. This comfortable suite has everything you need to feel right at home, including a fully functional kitchen with tea, coffee, a kettle, coffeemaker, and toaster. There is also a washer and dryer. The bathroom includes towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and other toiletries. Parking is available for $25 per night if you inform us at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Alternatively, there is paid public parking across the street for $30 per 24 hours. A travel crib (for babies 0-18 months) and bed rails are available for $5 per item per night; please book in advance. Ideally located, you're close to all the best that Toronto has to offer! Pets are not allowed in the apartment. According to the condo regulations, every guest must provide their personal information prior to check-in. Guests whose names or IDs do not match the provided information are not allowed into the building. If smoking occurs inside, or there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, the $500 deposit will not be refunded. Check-in is after 4PM, and check-out is before 12PM. The unit is equipped with video surveillance at the front door only and a noise detector. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance. Any type of smoking is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and the smell of any type of smoke is detected, you will be charged a $150 service call and $200 cleaning fees.
