This 1-bedroom apartment has been beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated. The bedroom has a queen bed, large closet, and dresser, connected with a sliding glass door wall which leads to the backyard. From the backyard, you'll be able to access the basement for additional storage and laundry. This unit is pet-friendly, and we charge a $200 fee per pet. Please make sure your reservation reflects the correct number of pets so the payment is automatically processed. Guests have an assigned parking space directly in front of the unit. This apartment is located in historic Mount Clemens, one of the oldest cities in Michigan, dating back to the 1700s. This convenient location is less than 1 mile from downtown Mount Clemens, less than 2 miles from the i94 expressway, and less than 3 miles from McLaren Macomb Hospital. You'll love the convenience store located directly across the street and the short drive to Hall Road / i94 expressway. There are dozens of restaurants, bars, and shops only a few miles away from this location. While this location is walking distance to downtown Mount Clemens, it is much easier to travel with a vehicle. Uber/Lyft is readily available and there is free parking available directly in front of the unit. This location is only a few minutes away from the i94 expressway and a 12-minute drive to i696 expressway. It is centrally located in Macomb County. There are security cameras surrounding the exterior of the property and inside the basement common area laundry. There are no cameras located inside the apartments. Any non-approved pets will incur a $500 fine, and failure to disclose pets may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund. Please respect the quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am. Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
