Some rooms come with private balconies and serene forest views, providing a tranquil retreat. The bright and inviting living room features a cozy fireplace, plush seating, and large windows overlooking the lush gardens, creating a perfect setting for relaxation. The mansion boasts a modern, fully equipped kitchen with premium appliances, ideal for cooking gourmet meals. A dedicated entertainment room with a large projector screen and oversized seating is perfect for movie nights. Expansive balconies and patios offer views of the surrounding trees, making them ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The hot tub is not available and there's currently no access to the garage or pool as these have been marked as out of service. CCTV is used inside these areas. Several grocery stores, including Whole Foods and Safeway, are within a 10-15 minute drive, ensuring convenience for your daily needs. Unauthorized parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited and violations will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund. Smoking is prohibited inside the house. Please respect the neighborhood’s tranquil atmosphere by keeping noise levels low between 10 PM and 7 AM. Being surrounded by nature means occasional wildlife sightings, so do not leave food outside to avoid attracting animals. The fireplace is not available and Sonos is not allowed due to noise restrictions. Maximum occupancy is 13 guests only. A well-appointed office space with classic wooden furniture is perfect for remote work or quiet reading.
