I meannnn, this is it! The penthouse- third floor, way up over the bar. Enter to the kitchen, half bath and large living area with high ceilings overlooking the gorgeous neighborhood garden. Hardwoods, ceiling fans, spacious open-floor plan style living room with large windows facing north. So much space to spin around in! Beautifully updated kitchen has newer appliances including microwave hood and dishwasher, countertop space, lots of cabinets and drawers and exposed brick. BONUS- it's an all-electric unit. 2 nice size bedrooms with plenty of closet space, large bathroom, half bathroom and in-unit full-size Washer and Dryer. APP STUFF: We’ll check your credit, and while it doesn’t need to be flawless, we do expect it to show that you pay your bills on time and keep things in order.
