Located just a block from the beach, with a community pool only four houses away, you'll feel at home in this beautifully decorated space with multiple outdoor levels for relaxation. Enter directly from the classic front porch into the living room, complete with cozy beach décor and comfy seating around a natural gas fireplace. The open-concept living area is shared with the kitchen and dining spaces, featuring a full breakfast bar, a designated coffee station, and a dining area with seating for six. The fully stocked kitchen offers extra pantry space, a rare commodity in many rentals. A full laundry room is conveniently located off the living area, providing easy access to the driveway. The property is pet-friendly for up to two dogs per booking, with a $200 pet fee to accommodate guests with allergies through a deeper clean. Only house-trained pets are permitted, and they must be crated if left unattended. A pack and play, high chair, plastic dishes, cups, silverware, and baby gates for the stairs are provided for tiny travelers. Parking is available for up to three vehicles, but RVs, trailers, and watercraft are not permitted due to HOA restrictions. Tangerine Cove is nestled in the Crystal Beach Cottages neighborhood, known for its quiet and charming atmosphere amidst Destin's lively scene. Just a block from public beach access, it's an easy seven-minute walk to the sugar sand beaches and emerald green waters. The home is also a short drive from local restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and entertainment options, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. Check-in time is 4 PM CST, and check-out time is 10 AM CST. Early check-in and late check-out are occasionally possible. The community pool is for registered guests only, and no pets are allowed in the pool area. Parties and events are not permitted, and any law enforcement calls may result in eviction and loss of the entire security deposit. Noise should be kept to a minimum after 10 PM as per local ordinance. Trash must be taken out on specified days, and furniture should not be rearranged or removed from the home. The spacious deck off the upstairs bedrooms provides a perfect spot for yoga, morning coffee, or catching up on emails after a day at the beach. A small workspace is available in the bonus room attached to the second-floor bedroom suite.
