Initially, the rental term will be for 3 months. If both parties are happy with the arrangement, it will be extended afterward. ✔Only 2 people will live in the apartment (me and one housemate). I'm staying in the living room. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. ✔Appliances provided: fridge, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. Just steps to Alexandra Park, 1-minute walk to English Bay Beach, 2-minute walk to Stanley Park, and about a 15–20 minute walk to UCW (University Canada West). From the window, you can catch a glimpse of the ocean — a view that adds a pleasant touch to your day. The room is airy and gets plenty of sunlight throughout the day. The location is just steps away from grocery stores, cafes, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, clinics, a library, a gym, and many other conveniences.
