Looking for a girl roommate! 💖 Welcome to the mini Chester House 🏡(as we like to call it)! This is a two-bedroom garden suite located at 37th & Fraser — just steps away from the R4 and convenient spots like NoFrills, Shoppers and Main Street. We’re looking for a girl in her late twenties to join. You’ll be sharing the suite with only one person, a Peruvian girl in her twenties as well. Each of you will have your own room and share a bathroom. The common areas include a cozy living room and a very charming mini kitchen with all the essentials. Above us lives a lovely family with three small kids, so ideally you’re comfortable with casual noise. The room is bright and fits all the basics, like a bed and a desk. It will be unfurnished, but there’s the option to keep the double bed and/or the desk since I (the roommate moving out) will be selling it :) Rent is $906/month, month-to-month, starting September 1st.
