It boasts fantastic views from the outdoor pool, which overlooks the beach and the Gulf of Mexico's beautiful waters. This 2-bedroom condo includes a private balcony and offers great views. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, while the other bedroom has a twin bunk bed and an additional queen bed, accommodating up to six guests comfortably. You'll have access to incredible on-site amenities, such as indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, and more. Step onto the balcony, listen to the waves and savor your morning coffee. This unit is spacious and comfortable, making it ideal for a family getaway. The living area comes with a wonderful dining table, perfect for breakfast or a cozy family dinner. Large windows in every bedroom let in plenty of natural light. Parking passes for a maximum of 2 cars are available. Laundry rooms are available on each floor of buildings 1, 2, and 3, and 2 on the first floor of building 4 for a fee. Soft white sands and warm Gulf waves are steps away. Fresh food from the Sassy Bass Grill is nearby. Hop in the car, and Gulf Shores' shopping and dining are a 15-mile drive away. Nine miles westward is Fort Morgan's beaches and boardwalks, and you can access Dauphin Island via the Mobile Bay Ferry. Security cameras are installed outside for your safety and protection. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. No pets are allowed, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Guests with service animals are encouraged to contact us before their stay. A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking. Travelers must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation.
