I am a local landlord/owner and you may contact me directly if desired. Available approximately January 1st. Tenant pays all utilities. All electric. Application is required (free). This 3 bedroom, 2 bath manufactured home has yard care included in the rental fee. It has been recently remodeled with 2 new bathrooms and a new kitchen. Furniture shown in any photos is NOT included, however, mini blinds are included on all windows. Refrigerator, cookstove, and dishwasher are included. All electric with a new central heat/ac system recently installed. Washer/dryer hookup. Pets are generally not allowed, however, a mini (no large pets) may be considered for extra fees. NO outside pets are allowed. Located in a country setting 2 miles from Malvern Wal Mart on a quiet county road. Malvern school district, but close to Magnet Cove or Glen Rose schools as well. This is a month to month rental, however, deposit will not be refunded if rental is for less than one year. Proof of income and ability to pass a background check for all adult residents will be required. Good references from previous landlords are a plus. Application (free) is required. Rent is $875 per month plus a $600 security deposit and a $300 refundable cleaning deposit -if left in ready to rent condition at time of departure. Tenant pays all utilities.HUD. No rent to own. No smoking. It is available and I am accepting applications until listing is taken down so no need to ask "is this available". Physical address will be given when vacant and ready to show. PLEASE NOTE SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Outside areas such as yard and porches must be kept neat and clutter free and not used for storage. Property in general must be well cared for. This property is intended to be used in a quiet, family-type manner and large gatherings, a high volume of traffic, excessive noise, etc. are not allowed!
