Last but not least, this contemporary home is part of a 50+ acre family estate that dates back to the 1860s. The house looks out onto Ipswich Bay and has great views of sunsets across the water as well as views of Crane's Beach, Plum Island, and the New Hampshire and Maine coasts. In addition to the private sandy beaches on the estate, the Gloucester area has many long sandy beaches to explore some of which are great for surfing, skim boarding, scuba diving, snorkeling and nighttime fishing or stargazing.
