This is a fully furnished three large bedrooms suite with two washrooms, a large living area, a large kitchen, a large deck & a balcony on the top/main level of a two level house. It is NOT in the basement. Its a very nice and spacious place for a family or a group of students to live in. If the family wants the place to be unfurnished and wants to bring their own furniture then that is possible too. If the tenants want to put in more beds or change the bed sizes or need any other furniture then that can be provided too. Bedrooms are big. The sizes of the bedrooms are approx. (1) 200 sq ft (2) 130 square ft (3) 120 square ft. The biggest room can easily accommodate up-to three students. Other two bedrooms can also accommodate two students each. All bedrooms have huge windows and the whole suite is extremely bright. The living room is very large at approx. 15ft by 13ft The kitchen and nook area is very large at approx. 16ft by 9ft It has one full large washroom with a bathtub and shower; and one half washroom with no shower just toilet and sink It has a large partially covered deck 15ft by 12 ft. The deck is provided with a barbeque and a gas heater. The deck also has a storage hut of 8ft by 4ft. It has a covered balcony 10ft by 3ft. The kitchen is furnished with TWO full sized refrigerators.
