The 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home is thoughtfully designed for comfort and flexibility, with a luxurious primary suite featuring an ensuite bathroom with dual shower heads for a spa-like experience. Additional bedrooms offer cozy spaces for guests, plus a queen sofa bed in the office and a twin sofa bed in the basement bedroom to accommodate extra visitors. The property offers extra sleeping arrangements with a queen sofa bed in the office and a twin sofa bed in the basement bedroom. Parking is available with specific limits, and street parking is not permitted. Pets are welcome at the cost of $10 per pet per day, and guests are required to pick up after their animals. Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee. Service animals are permitted at no extra cost. For guests staying longer than 15 days, an additional cleaning fee of 50% of the advertised cleaning fee will be assessed. Yellowstone National Park is only 1 hour and 40 minutes to the West Entrance. The home is conveniently located 6 minutes from IDA, 48 minutes from PIH, 1 hour 45 minutes from WYS, 2 hours 4 minutes from JAC, and 3 hours from SLC. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises, with a $200 per day fee for violations. Guests are encouraged to communicate any issues during their stay promptly. If a handyperson is called and finds no issue or user error, the guest will be responsible for the fee. Moving furniture is not allowed, with a $500 fee for violations. Guests are not permitted to book on behalf of someone else unless explicitly approved by the host. Wildlife visitors frequent the area, including bears and moose, so food and garbage should be stored in bear-proof containers. No tents are allowed, and only firewood is permitted to be burned in the fire pit during non-fire-ban seasons. All fires must be fully extinguished with water after use.
