Includes laundry. One occupant only. No couples. THE ROOM: The 80 sq ft (approximately) room is on the lower floor of a two storey house. You have the option of furnished or unfurnished. You'll have shared access to a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, furnished living space and dining table, laundry, and backyard. LIMITED PRIVACY: The room is priced competitively as the washer and dryer are located in the room. There will be a room divider separating the washer and dryer from the rest of the room; however, there is less privacy as there will be no wall dividing the washer dryer and the room. Two occupants sharing the rest of the basement suite will have access to the washer dryer. The two occupants will be able to access the washer and dryer between 8am and 10pm from the exterior of the house. They will not have access to your portion of the room. The room is 120 sq ft (approximately). I have estimated approximately 40 sq ft for the laundry area. ALL INCLUSIVE PRICE: There will be no additional charges. Your rent includes all utilities, high speed internet, housekeeping services, cleaning supplies, kitchen essentials, laundry and laundry detergent, paper towel and bathroom tissue. KITCHEN: Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including appliances like a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, dishes, silverware, etc for your convenience. LAUNDRY: We have an on-site washer and dryer with laundry detergent, bleach, and dryer sheets provided at no extra cost. CLEANING: Housekeeping services are included, so you can relax and enjoy a clean living space. I make sure to maintain cleanliness in shared areas daily, with hired cleaners to do a deep clean every two weeks. We ask that you help out by keeping shared spaces tidy and using the cleaning supplies provided. LOCATION: Situated in Vancouver at Knight Street & 61st Avenue, this private bedroom is located on the lower level floor of a home. Our place is just 15 minutes from the airport and a quick 20-minute drive to downtown Vancouver. If you’re taking public transit, there are convenient bus stops nearby. There is a bus stop in front of the house going to downtown Vancouver or VCC-Clark Station. There is a bus stop 100m from the house going to KPU, Richmond-Brighouse Station, or Richmond Centre. There is a bus stop across the street going to Metrotown Station. And nearby buses to take you to other areas of the city.
