Dimensions: 16’ x 19.5’ total Heating: Electric. (Cove heat) Cooling: Window A/C Unit Yardwork & Snow Removal: Tenant responsible for snow removal from their parking area, sidewalk, stairs, and porch. Tenant Pays: 35% of Property's power bill - added to rent (Tenant's portion is usually $60 to $200+ /mo {in winter}) Internet service - Usually internet is provided by Wyoming. com or Wind River Internet. Owner Pays: all other utilities. Initial Lease through 4/30/2027: after which goes month to month with at least 60 days notice prior to move out. 6 month lease available for an additional fee upon move in.
