There are two full bathrooms with modern fixtures, providing plenty of room to refresh and recharge. The fully updated kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing meals at home. The home is stocked with ground coffee, laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your convenience. The spacious living area is great for entertaining or relaxing with loved ones, and the fenced backyard offers a secure, private outdoor area for your enjoyment, including a swing set for the kids. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TV. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for your convenience, and a dedicated desk provides a convenient remote work-friendly set-up. A maximum of two dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a third or fourth dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. In addition to the comforts of the home, guests will find several convenient amenities nearby. A new Starbucks, perfect for your morning coffee run, and an Aldi for quick grocery trips are just a short distance away. McAlister's Deli is also close by, offering delicious sandwiches and a family-friendly atmosphere. Less than a mile away is Nathan Hale Park, a newly designed space that's perfect for walking dogs or letting the kids enjoy the play sets. This home offers the perfect balance of suburban tranquility and easy access to Cleveland's vibrant attractions, making it a top choice for your stay. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. No indoor smoking is allowed, with a minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed. No parties or large gatherings are permitted. You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to help keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. If you violate any house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, but just send the receipt for reimbursement. If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. While a small list of checkout instructions is provided, they are not mandatory but greatly appreciated to ensure a seamless transition for the next guests.
