Step into the living space and let the captivating charm of this home envelop you. Unwind and relax in the cozy atmosphere, with a SmartTV mounted above the vintage embellished chair. The high ceilings, mirrored walls, crown molding, and fireplaces make this escape a captivating retreat. The living room features two end tables, two lamps, a comfortable queen sofa sleeper, a fifty-inch Roku TV, two armchairs, and a futon. The master bedroom boasts a plush king bed, a cozy futon, two end tables, and two luggage racks. The fully equipped kitchen awaits with a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area welcomes you with a six-seat dining table adorned with two chairs and two benches. We are a pet-friendly home with a small fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. A non-refundable pet fee is required. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. This neighborhood is a historic residential area, centrally located between the university, dining, downtown, and the country club. Driving is recommended, but a variety of amenities are within walking distance, and Uber and Lyft are available in the area. Contact-less check-in is available, and we are only a call or message away if anything is needed during your stay. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted only with prior approval. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Guests must abide by all rules posted on premises regarding the safe use of any amenities. By booking this property, guests waive any and all claims of liability against the homeowner or any property management entity affiliated with the homeowner relating to the use of these amenities whether due to loss, damage, injury, or death.
