Upstairs includes a king bedroom with an en-suite full bathroom, a bedroom with two queen beds, and a bathroom with a shower. Downstairs offers another king bedroom with a futon, a back bedroom with two queen beds, and another full shower bathroom with a half bath. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. Pets are welcome with a fee of $50 per pet. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Situated in a historic residential area off Michael Donald Ave in the Old Dauphin Way Historic District of Mobile, this location offers plenty of parking if you decide to drive yourself. Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area as well. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. A strict no parties rule is enforced, and if violated, the reservation will be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without a refund. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur a $500 damage charge. Pets must be crated when left unattended and kept off furniture. You will be charged for any additional cleaning required due to pets.
