Enjoy the firepit in the backyard, with Eddy Street Commons and Trader Joe's just a short walk away. The home offers 2 upper bedrooms with 1 queen bed and 1 full-size bed, while the lower bedroom has 1 twin bed. The washer and dryer are located on the lower level. The home is equipped with 3 smart TVs: one in the main floor living room, one in one of the main floor bedrooms, and one in the lower level family room. A Keurig coffee maker is available in the kitchen. Located in the Harter Heights area of South Bend, the house is on the south side of campus. Eddy Street Commons and Trader Joe's are just a short walk away. Downtown South Bend and the UP Mall are both within a 10-15 minute drive. Uber, taxis, buses, and Bird Scooters are available for transportation. The property manager will be available upon request. Guests will be charged in full for any damage or violations of the house rules. Guests must be 18+ years of age to make a reservation and complete an online check-in form, which may require a photo ID. Check-in starts at 4 pm and checkout is at 11 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be requested but is not guaranteed. Smoking and vaping violations are subject to a $250 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, or repair damages. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are prohibited. Parties, gatherings, or events and excessive noise are not allowed, and only listed guests are allowed on the property. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a fine. Guests are responsible for replacing lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damage that occur on the premises and must report any property damage. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the house rules. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am.
