Feel at home in this centrally located retreat, just a 5-minute drive from historic waterfront shops and restaurants, and 15 minutes from city conveniences. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and the living room includes a queen pull-out sofa bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, cookware, silverware, basic condiments, and coffee/tea, making meal preparation a breeze. The dining table is set for four but can extend to seat six. Enjoy high-quality bedding and linens, an onsite washer and dryer with detergent provided, and access to popular streaming TV services. Firewood is supplied for the wood-burning stove, and an outdoor dining set is available seasonally. A workspace/desk area is also provided for your convenience. The regular nightly rate covers four guests, with additional guest fees of $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of six guests. Well-trained pets are welcome with a $50 per night pet fee, automatically applied when selecting a pet during booking. Please refrain from allowing pets on furniture and linens, and do not leave them unattended. Dynamic pricing is utilized, meaning booking rates may vary daily. Whidbey Island offers a tranquil retreat with lush forests, quaint towns, and stunning beaches, making it ideal for nature lovers. The historic town of Coupeville, just 3 minutes east, features boutique shops along the waterfront and is the second oldest town in Washington State. The property is conveniently located near various attractions: 15 minutes north to the city of Oak Harbour, 30 minutes north to Deception Pass State Park, 5 minutes south to Ebey's Landing, 7 minutes south to the Coupeville Ferry to Port Townsend, and 30 minutes south to the Clinton Ferry to Seattle. Exploring Whidbey Island is best done by car. Be aware that the property is close to the Outlying Landing Field (OLF) on Whidbey Island, so you may hear jets flying by, including F-18s featured in Top Gun: Maverick. Cell service can be spotty, but enabling Wi-Fi calling and texting will help. The property includes two separate houses, each with its own private entrance and no shared amenities. Strictly no parties or events are allowed, with quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am, and no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. A $500 fine applies per violation. Check-in and check-out details are tech-enabled for your convenience. Includes a workspace/desk area suitable for remote work, with the fastest available Wi-Fi on the island.
