Located in a quiet residential area, it features three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and can host up to 18 guests. Highlights include inlaid lighting, oak cabinets, a decorative fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and a hot tub and pool. Ideal for family and friends looking for a reliable stay! The pool is open year-round and is not heated. Guests will enter the house through a digital keypad. Once inside, you will be welcomed by a decorative fireplace and a massive comfortable seating area. The finished kitchen and dining area come with complete amenities. Off the kitchen is the laundry area and a bathroom with access to the hot tub. Behind the fireplace wall near the front entrance, there is a relaxing living room with a sliding door view from the outside. One large bedroom is on the main level near the staircase with two queen beds and two double beds, and the two bedrooms and a full bathroom are upstairs. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. This house is located in a residential area in midtown with easy access to major highways, interstates, and supermarkets. It is only a couple of minutes' drive to USA Health Children's & Women's Hospital and Tricentennial Park! Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If quiet hours are violated and neighbors are disturbed, the reservation will be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without a refund. Smoking is prohibited, and if any signs of smoking are found, a $500 damage charge will be incurred. Parties are not allowed, and any events require prior approval. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Guests must abide by all rules posted on the premises regarding the safe use of any amenities. By booking this property, guests waive any and all claims of liability against the homeowner or any property management entity affiliated with the homeowner relating to the use of these amenities whether due to loss, damage, injury, or death.
