The above-ground pool is open year-round and is not heated. Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Inside, you'll find a cozy living room with views of the floor-to-ceiling (decorative only) brick fireplace while relaxing on the queen sleeper sofa. The dining area features a large farm table and another floor-to-ceiling (decorative only) brick fireplace. The kitchen has been completely redone, fully equipped with ample counter space. Off the kitchen is an additional living space with another queen sofa couch and large Smart TV. The master bedroom on the first floor offers a king bed and a large Smart TV, with an ensuite bathroom featuring dual sinks, a standalone shower, and a clawfoot tub. Upstairs, find additional bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom has a full and queen bed, and the second is fitted with two queen beds. The second full bathroom provides ample space for guests to share. A desk is provided on the main floor for those who must work, and onsite laundry is available for your convenience. The deck features patio furniture, picnic tables, an above-ground pool, and a grill. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Located in the Leinkauf Historic District, this home is in a residential area. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If quiet hours are violated and neighbors are disturbed, the reservation will be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without a refund. Smoking is prohibited, and a $500 damage charge will be incurred if signs of smoking are found. Parties are prohibited, and other events require prior approval. Weekly maintenance and cleaning are performed on the above-ground pool, requiring access to the yard/pool area on service day. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. A $100 charge applies for third-party trash removal if excessive trash is left at the property. A desk is provided on the main floor for those who must work.
