As you enter the home, you'll find a six-seater dining room table to the left. Bedroom #1 features two full beds, an end table, a USB lamp, a chair, a closet, and two luggage racks. Bedroom #2 offers a twin bed, a chair, an end table, a USB lamp, and a luggage rack. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, three end tables, three USB lamps, and a walk-in closet located in the bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, blender, and all the essentials for a great home-cooked meal. A four-seater kitchen table and three bar stools provide additional seating. Bedroom #4 has a queen bed, two end tables, two USB lamps, a chair, and two luggage racks. The living room features a 50-inch Roku TV, a coffee table, a futon, a queen sleeper sofa, two accent chairs, three end tables, and four lamps. The rear of the house offers an outdoor four-seater table, a BBQ grill, an outdoor swing, and a dock. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. The home has a fenced yard, making lake living enjoyable for kids and pets alike. There is a grill along with a four-seater patio table and fire pit for guests to enjoy the outside. Located on Dog River Ct in Mobile, AL, this area was hit hard in the last hurricane but has fully rebuilt and is vibrant again. The inland area between the interstate and the water has not been rebuilt, and many structures were condemned or torn down. This corridor looks rough but is not a safety concern as it is largely abandoned. Once you arrive in the actual neighborhood, you'll love it. Parking is available at the home, and driving is recommended due to the residential area, but Uber and Lyft are also available. Check-in and check-out are automated to provide maximum privacy and flexibility. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If quiet hours are violated and neighbors are disturbed, the reservation may be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without a refund. Smoking is prohibited, and if any signs of smoking are found, a $500 damage charge will be incurred. Pets must be crated when left unattended, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. A $500 fee will be charged if marijuana is smoked in or around the home, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the authorities. Trash must be bagged and placed in the bins provided, with a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if excessive trash is left. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. Guests will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during their stay. Guests must abide by all rules posted on the premises regarding the safe use of amenities. By booking this property, guests waive any claims of liability against the homeowner or any property management entity affiliated with the homeowner relating to the use of these amenities.
