Building amenities include secure underground parking and access to a shared roof deck with a BBQ. Mermaid Wharf is located in Chinatown, Victoria's historic Old Town. Explore the hidden alleyways and cobblestone streets of Old Town to discover its hidden gems, breweries, vintage stores, and second-hand shops, all steps away from Mermaid Wharf. Essential amenities are easily accessible by foot, bike, or public transit. From grocery stores and pharmacies to restaurants and retail shops, everything you need is close at hand and the vibrant downtown core, filled with entertainment options, is only minutes away. This prime location places you within walking distance of Market Square, Chinatown, and an array of dining and shopping experiences. For paddling enthusiasts, Ocean River Adventures, located next door at 450 Swift Street, offers kayak rentals and storage. Guests also have access to the Mermaid Wharf strata kayak dock, making it easy to launch directly from the property. Additionally, the nearby Victoria Inner Harbour provides multiple kayak launch points for those looking to explore the waterfront further. Parking for one vehicle is included in the rent in the building's secure underground garage. The garage height is 6 ft.3 (1.9m) and the maximum vehicle length is 18 feet. A bike rack is provided in the parking spot of the condo for secure storage of your bicycles. Check-in is from 4pm P.S.T. and check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Guests are kindly asked to put the towels in the washer and turn it on, put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on, remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator, and dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit upon check-out. All properties are non-smoking, and city and strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies, or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings. Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance. Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets allowed. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Victoria is the busy, vibrant, and growing capital of British Columbia. There are several new buildings being constructed in the downtown core, and elsewhere, which could result in some daytime noise, but it is not expected to interfere with your time in beautiful Victoria.
