There are off-street parking spots and onsite, coin operated laundry. Screening Criteria: 1) Monthly net income equal to or greater than 3X the rent ($4,785+). 2) Credit score of 600 or better. Scores between 550 and 600 require a co-signer. 3) No bankruptcies, evictions, or judgments. 4) Criminal background check will be performed, and offenses will be reviewed. 5) First month's rent, last month's rent, and security due prior to move in. 6) Tenants will be enrolled in our Resident Benefits and Insurance Package for $19.99 per month. 7) Agent led or self-showings scheduled through ShowMojo.
