We are a local family-owned company serious about restoring and providing safe, quality rentals. All Income must be from a verifiable source and 3 X’s the rent in take-home, net pay. Bank statements are required to verify your pay stubs via direct deposit. We do require extensive background and credit check. All fees are upfront and transparent - $50 application fee as well as a $36 background check fee per adult (2- adults maximum in the unit) Animal residents such as small dogs and cats under 40 lbs. may apply along with their humans.
