There's no water or sewer utility bills because there's a well and septic tank. All electric home so there's no gas utility bill. This is a non-smoking home rental property. A renters insurance policy is required. A background and credit check may be required, and this small cost is the applicant's responsibility to pay. However, there's no application fee.
