The advertised rate is for an occupancy limit of 2 adults or 1 family, additional residents might be allowed on a case-by-case basis at a higher rate. No Pets per hoa rules (SA and ESA's are allowed with valid documentation). Ground-level, freshly painted top-to-bottom, unfurnished, end-unit condo located in the desirable Sandstone area of West Vail, a short distance (5 min walk) to the free Town of Vail bus (15 min bus ride) a short drive to Vail, Beaver Creek, grocery stores, restaurants, shops and endless outdoor adventures! Two spacious bedrooms on opposite ends of the condo, granite counter tops, hardwood floors, washer/dryer and more. Two sliding glass doors lead to back patio which overlooks a beautiful green space and Sandstone Creek. Open the windows & listen to the sound of Sandstone Creek just outside your door. Location is tucked away among trees & is quiet & relaxing. In the spring, fall and summer you can walk/run/bike to several trail heads (5 mins) and Lionshead Village (15 min / .95 mile). Please note: wood burning fireplace is out of order, sorry. Listen to Sandstone Creek as it ripples across the back yard. Sorry, NO PETS and no smoking anywhere in the complex per the HOA rules and regulations. 2 cars maximum. Please check your email including spam folder frequently to ensure continued communication after you've submitted an inquiry. Tenant places electric into their name and, if desired, cable/internet/phone. Please visit SkyHigh Properties Ltd dot com for details and to submit an application. SkyHigh Properties observes business hours of M-F 9am-4pm and all state and federal holidays. If you reach out to us or submit an application outside those hours/days we'll reply within the next business day All adults over 21 shall submit an application. 1st month (prorated if necessary), last month and 1 month security deposit due at lease signing. Rent (and initial funds due -1st month, last-month and 1 month security deposit) is paid via ACH/EFT (electronically/online) from tenant's personal rental portal at a current cost of $2.35 per transaction, so tenant must have internet access, email address and a bank account. Tenant will have the option to pay via Zelle if they wish to avoid the transaction fees. After the application has been submitted and reviewed by our staff, Credit and background reports are pulled at a one-time cost of $35/tenant paid directly to TransUnion. Tenant pays monthly for electricity (amount varies based on usage) and cable/tv/internet (amount varies based on plan and add-ons), if needed. Rent includes snowplowing, water, landscaping and trash service. 2 CARS MAXIMUM no exceptions. Applicant has the right to provide SkyHigh Properties Ltd with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in Section 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provided SkyHigh Properties Ltd with a PTSR, SkyHigh Properties Ltd is prohibited from a) charging Applicant a rental application fee or b) charging Application a fee for SkyHigh Properties Ltd to access or use the PTSR.
