Public Transportation close by. Tenant must be currently gainfully employed and be working full time hours or retired with good income and adequate provable documented income to afford the rent, must have clean rental history, nothing real serious in criminal background (small items criminal no big deal), and we can work with some issues with credit with extra security deposit. Preference given for good/great credit scores. May accept small dog under 35lbs with extra security and extra rent each month.
