This professionally managed property allows for ease of living in a luxury townhome. This luxury townhome unit was constructed in 2008 and is approximately 2,200 square feet of finished living space with an additional 400 square feet of unfinished basement area. This was originally designed as a residential condominium townhome, so no corners were cut. Enjoy the two-car garage, private patio, and two decks at the rear of the property! The first-floor area features a larger room that can be utilized as a den, office or third bedroom area with a large walk-in closet and in-unit laundry for full-size washer and dryer. The second floor features a gigantic, oversized, living room area with an adjacent dining room and full-size kitchen area, and a bathroom with toilet and sink. The third floor offers two massive bedrooms each with walk-in closets and full-size bathrooms. Yes, each bedroom has a walk-in closet and full bathroom. The master bathroom also has an additional standup shower area while the second bedroom has access to a deck at the rear of the property. Finishes throughout are top of the line! There is plush carpet throughout the second-floor bedroom areas. The kitchen features white appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher) solid wood cabinetry with soft-close doors, granite countertops, and a stainless steel sink.
