Our Extra Large one bedroom apartments are 750 square feet with a private entrance, a HUGE lighted walk in closet, washer & dryer hook ups, plush w/w carpet, an extra-large ceiling fan with built-in lights, 2" high quality wood mini blinds, extra-large rooms, extra-large windows, extra-large full bath with gorgeous new vanity, lights and mirror, refrigerator with built in ice maker*, garbage disposal, stove, dishwasher, built in microwave, spacious counter tops with eat in bar top, tons of cabinet space, Every apartment is sunny and super clean, non-smoking, front door parking (to accommodate 1 car, per person, per apartment), Autumn Chase Apartment Community has 3 ponds with fountains, all within lush immaculate grounds & landscaping. Had along day at work? Cook dinner on our outside charcoal grills while enjoying the sunset at the designer relaxation area, picnic tables and swings. *some units have a washer & dryer We promise to make your experience fun, stress free, and most of all unforgettable! We are pet friendly and welcome a maximum of 2 pets per apartment with a weight limit not to exceed 70lbs for the first pet and 100lbs combined for both pets. A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $250.00(per pet) is required along and canines have a monthly pet rent of $25.00 per month. A photo of the pet and updated vaccine records are required. Canine's are required to hold a renter's insurance policy with a minimum coverage of $500,000 with the landlord named as the additional insured within the policy. Please call for breed restrictions and additional criteria. Autumn Chase Apartment Community is close to everything important in Myrtle Beach including the gorgeous South Carolina beaches, 9 pickleball courts, parks for humans and fur babies) shows, golfing, 6 hall of fames, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, fireworks, live music and so much more! All Apartments are on a first come first serve basis and go quickly. Securing an apartment is easy.
