There is a den in the front hall which is an ideal home office space. This room is not closed off, however, is a separate room (no door). Washer & Dryer in suite Bedroom will fit a Queen Bed Balcony with exceptional water and North Shore Mountain views. From the 23rd floor, the views from the balcony, living room and bedroom are unobstructed and look directly over the North Shore water and mountains, with a character view of the low rise Gastown buildings below. 1 Parking Space Included Located across the street from Tinsletown Mall and a couple of minutes walk to the Stadium Sky Train Station. Sorry, no pets in this one. The building has a gym and an outdoor pool, but please note that building amenities are closed or subject to closure or restricted access until further notice.
