The backyard is a private retreat with a gazebo-covered hot tub and plenty of room to enjoy year-round. 2 car garage with plenty of storage. 12 month minimum lease. Pets ok with approval and an additional deposit but no cats please! The security deposit is equal to one months rent. The non-refundable application fee is $55 per adult.
