With two-story high windows overlooking the entire Salt Lake valley, the views are staggering. High up in Olympus Cove with no backyard neighbors, it's also super quiet. Located in one of the most elite neighborhoods, it has a great kitchen and lots of open space. Completely remodeled and newly furnished in 2024. The front yard is the start of a major hiking trail. -Credit and criminal BG check fee is $40. Must have a 700 credit score or higher. -$2,000 security deposit is totally refundable if left clean and undamaged. -The price reflects taking care of my sweet kitty cat during your stay. He can stay elsewhere if you prefer, but rent goes up. Write for details. -No smoking and no smokers period. -Cats (not dogs) considered for an additional fee. -No more than 3 persons. -Suggested only fit people apply because you park on the street and walk up a steep driveway, so it requires some physical effort to live here. -10 highway minutes to downtown. -20-30 highway minutes to Park City or Deer Valley (Parleys Canyon is right next door). -7 minutes to the base of Little or Big Cottonwood Canyons. You literally could not be better placed in Salt Lake for access to all the ski resorts or great restaurants and easy access to the entire city. House is located perfectly halfway between the Cottonwood Canyon resorts (Snowbird, Alta, Solitude, Brighton 15-20 minutes away) and the Park City resorts (Park City, Canyons, Deer Valley are 25 minutes away). -My personal belongings remain in the closets and drawers while I’m gone, but space is cleared for your co-use. -For winter stays, snow removal is not provided. Instead, a burly snowblower is available for your use, and the driveway is heated. -Two gas fireplaces with blowers (one in living room and one in master bedroom). You will Love living here!
